x222 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Obligations, and the Rules of Play

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "x222" refers to the operator of the x222 online gaming platform accessible at x222.bid, operating under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" means the x222 website (x222.bid), all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and any software or systems forming part of the x222 service.
• "Member" / "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the x222 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered member account associated with a unique mobile number and username on the x222 Platform.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" means the PKR-denominated account balance held within a Member's x222 Account, representing funds available for gaming or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits added to a Member's Account as part of a promotional offer, as distinct from real-money deposited funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "PSL" means the Pakistan Super League cricket competition.
• "EasyPaisa" and "JazzCash" refer to the respective mobile payment wallet services operated by Telenor Pakistan and Jazz respectively.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures.

References to singular include plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. "Including" and similar expressions are non-exhaustive unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the x222 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. x222 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all associated funds will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual person may register and maintain no more than one (1) Account on the x222 Platform. x222 uses technical and manual methods to identify duplicate registrations, including but not limited to device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, phone number verification, and payment method cross-referencing. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, x222 will close all but the earliest registered Account and forfeit all Bonus Funds and winnings generated across the duplicate Accounts.

2.3 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. x222 is not liable for any loss suffered by you or by third parties resulting from your provision of inaccurate or incomplete registration information.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

x222 accepts registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming activity in your jurisdiction before registering. x222 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside of its licensed operational framework.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received on your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. x222 will never ask you for your password or full OTP via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access

If you become aware or suspect that your x222 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify x222 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. x222 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account pending investigation; however, x222 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that result from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

x222 may at any time request that you complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. KYC is mandatory before processing withdrawal requests above the applicable threshold. Accounts that do not complete KYC within a reasonable period of a request will have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gaming activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. x222 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive Accounts, at rates disclosed in the applicable fee schedule accessible within the Platform. x222 will notify the registered mobile number before applying any inactivity fee. Members may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in and completing any applicable verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your name and that have been previously used to deposit funds into your Account (where applicable). x222 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before processing any withdrawal request, x222 may require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are reviewed for compliance with these Terms; x222 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending review without incurring liability.

4.3 Currency

All Member Accounts at x222 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. Where deposits are made in other currencies (e.g., USDT), conversion to PKR is applied at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction, as determined by x222. x222 does not charge currency conversion fees beyond any applicable network or payment processor charges.

4.4 Transaction Limits

x222 may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits on deposits and withdrawals from time to time. These limits may vary by payment method, Account verification status, VIP tier level, and applicable regulatory requirements. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers made available by x222 — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP rewards — are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fully satisfied before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the Bonus Funds amount (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 10,000 in qualifying stakes before withdrawal).

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

x222 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion. Members who have previously been found in breach of bonus terms, who operate duplicate accounts, or who x222 reasonably determines are engaging in bonus abuse, are not eligible for promotional offers. x222 may withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed without prior notice.

5.4 Prohibited Bonus Strategies

The following activities in connection with bonus use are expressly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension: (a) placing bonus wagers at low risk across opposite outcomes to guarantee a return regardless of game result; (b) using bonuses exclusively on games with minimal house edge for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements while minimising risk to x222; (c) coordinating with other Members to cycle bonus funds; (d) any other strategy that x222 determines, acting reasonably, constitutes abuse of the bonus system.

6 Gambling Rules & Conduct

6.1 Game Rules

All games available on the x222 Platform are governed by the specific rules published within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between game display data and x222's server records, the server records shall be definitive. x222 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual game outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical events captured on video stream and are not subject to RNG.

6.2 Betting Integrity

Members must not engage in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of conduct that compromises the integrity of any sporting event on which x222 offers betting markets. x222 cooperates with sporting integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies in the detection and investigation of corrupt activity. Any Account found to have benefited from corrupt insider information will be suspended and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the x222 Platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aids that provide an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other Members, Platform staff, or game dealers;
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Any form of money laundering or use of the Platform to facilitate illegal financial transactions;
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language directed at Platform staff or other Members;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC processes;
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where doing so is prohibited.

6.4 Error and Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect display of game outcomes, odds, payouts, or Account balances, x222 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore Account balances to their pre-error state. No obligation to pay winnings arising from a malfunction shall apply to x222. x222 will notify affected Members of any significant error and the corrective action taken.

7 Responsible Gaming

x222 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the prevention of gambling-related harm. As part of this commitment, x222 provides the following tools within Member Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications and automatic logout after a defined gaming session duration;
• Wagering Limits: Set maximum bet amounts per session or per day;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds before automatic session termination;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months);

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on the x222 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of x222 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any x222 Platform content without x222's prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by x222 and its licensors.

9 Privacy & Data

x222's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the x222 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, which forms part of and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to x222's processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

x222 complies with applicable data protection regulations and implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x222's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any matter arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x222 is not liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill; (c) service interruptions caused by events outside x222's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, or third-party platform disruptions. Nothing in these Terms shall limit x222's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by x222's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11 Termination & Account Closure

11.1 Termination by x222

x222 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account with immediate effect, at its sole discretion, in circumstances including but not limited to: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct; (c) failure to complete KYC when required; (d) detection of a duplicate Account; (e) regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where termination is due to a breach by you, x222 may withhold and forfeit the Account balance. Where termination is initiated by x222 for reasons unrelated to Member misconduct, any real-money balance (net of Bonus Funds) will be returned to your last-used verified payment method within a reasonable period.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your x222 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after applicable withdrawal checks are completed.

12 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the x222 Platform, you should first contact x222 customer support via live chat or at [email protected], providing a clear description of the dispute including your Account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any relevant transaction references. x222 will investigate and provide a written response within ten (10) business days.

If you are not satisfied with x222's resolution, you may escalate the dispute to the applicable regulatory body under x222's gaming license. x222 will cooperate fully with any such escalation process. All disputes shall be subject to the governing law specified in Clause 14.

You agree that any claim or dispute arising under these Terms must be commenced within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims not commenced within this period are permanently barred.

13 Amendments to These Terms

x222 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, x222 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Members via the email address or mobile number on their Account. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or changes that do not substantially alter Member rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the x222 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendments.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x222 holds its gaming license. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent x222 from seeking injunctive or other emergency relief in any jurisdiction where it deems such action necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
